CERTIFICA-VINO LTDA IS THE LABOR EVALUATION AND CERTIFICATION CENTER OF THE CHILE WINE UNION ASSOCIATION, WHICH EVALUATES AND CERTIFIES THE SKILLS, KNOWLEDGE AND SKILLS OF INDUSTRY WORKERS AND OTHER WORKERS, GIVING FORMAL RECOGNITION TO THE WORK SKILLS OF PEOPLE, REGARDLESS OF HOW THEY HAVE ACQUIRED THEM. IN ADDITION, IT SEEKS TO PROMOTE CONTINUOUS LEARNING OPPORTUNITIES, THEIR RECOGNITION AND VALUATION, ALIGNING OUR PROCEDURES ACCORDING TO THE CHILEVALORA METHODOLOGY.
To date, more than 11 thousand evaluated workers support our experience.
ELIGIBILITY
The purpose of this phase is to determine if the candidate meets the minimum system requirements to participate in the evaluation and certification of their work competencies.
ASSESSMENT
The purpose of this stage is for an evaluator accredited by ChileValora to apply a set of instruments to determine whether or not the candidate complies with the provisions of Law 20,267 of the occupational profile in which they will be evaluated.
CERTIFICATION
In this stage, the center’s technical committee will make a decision based on the information collected in the previous stage, the evaluator’s recommendation and the audits of the evaluation processes carried out.
