Human Capital
In the Human Capital Area of Vinos de Chile we are dedicated to providing better tools to workers in the Wine Sector so that they can improve their skills and knowledge. We want to help professionalize the wine industry even more and to achieve this, we work in collaboration with public and private institutions.
The Chilean Wine Association implemented a Human Capital Development Strategy, addressing the challenges of the industry, in a systematic and comprehensive manner, under a governance and operation model based on the general guidelines of the so-called “Job Skills Councils.” , innovative institutional design that follows the principles and work rules of the existing Skills Councils in countries such as Australia, New Zealand, Canada and the United Kingdom, among others.
