In China, a trend of women’s empowerment is being seen and changes that it has caused in consumer habits, such as: an increase in white and ros\u00e9 wines. In this activity we will highlight the role of women as ‘Decision Maker’ and the way in which they influence the purchasing decision. At the event we will highlight the contribution of women who are involved in the sector: winemakers, sommeliers, vineyard owners, small producers, viticulturists, etc. A prominent MW or Wine expert will present 10-12 wines and the Storytelling behind each one, made by your winemaker or a representative of the vineyard. The idea is that they tell us the story of how the inspiration, creation was and then the wine will be tasted. The activity will feature a masterclass whose theme will be ‘fresh and light wines’ (whites, ros\u00e9 and sparkling wines) and a discussion with Chinese female leaders (journalists, critics, trade, influencers). 70 people will be invited, including journalists, influencers, educators, HORECA channel and trade. Subsequently, a walk around tasting will be held, where attendees will be able to taste more wines created by the winemakers, to finally open the activity to final consumers. It is expected to have an audience of at least 500 women.
