Sauvignon Blanc

Closely intertwined with cool climates, and historically with the Casablanca Valley in Chile, this variety can be defined by the word “freshness.” Its wines are highly aromatic, characterized by citric fruits, green apple, crisp pear, and/or vibrant pineapple, and perhaps with a rocky, steely mineral edge. Notes that are paired with the sea and coastal recipes that require a vibrant wine to balance out the potency of its dishes. Chilean Sauvignon Blanc has undoubtedly known how to find its home in South America, and the Pacific Ocean has been its closest ally in bringing out its freshest element.
