In the middle of the last century, Pablo Pérez Zañartu, a distinguished Chilean businessman and public figure, bought Ligual in Huelquén State, in the foothill of Los Andes in the Maipo Alto Valley.
Together with his wife and eleven sons and daughters, he started dveloping agriculture activities, causing a great sensitivity towards nature and the countryside to his family, both as a gathering place and as a source of income.
In the early 1990s, considering the climate and soil excellence of Ligual, Mr. Pablo’s descendants decided to carry on the family values by creating a project in memory of their father. This is the beginning of Pérez Cruz.
