Each wine produced by Casa Silva has been unanimously approved by the five members that compromise the winery’s tasting panel. If agreement wasn’t reached, the cuvee is rejected and further options are sought. The panel is made up Mario Silva Cifuentes (the company’s President), and his two sons, Mario Pablo and Gonzalo Silva , together with Mario Geisse (Technical and Enological Director) and Jose Ignacio Maturana (Enologist).
