Canadian winewriter Nat MacLean thinks that the 2005 Errázuriz Wild Ferment Pinot Noir (Casablanca Valley) is pretty hot stuff. Enough so that she named it to her list of Top 5 Sexiest Pinot Noirs in the on-line food and wine site Epicurious.com. MacLean chose the Errázuriz Pinot for its full body, fruity flavors, silky texture, but especially for its “wild, sexy earthiness.”
