Anthony Rose: Viva la Revolution (in Chilean wine)

logo-anthony-roseBritish wine write Anthony Rose wrote a recent post in his homonymous (ahem: eponymous) blog about Chile’s changing patterns in wine consumption. He interviewed Chilean Master Sommelier Héctor Vergara who spoke about selling wine in his father’s small town corner store as a kid when wine consumption rounded 60 liters of “red or white” wine per year. Today’s consumers drink far less, but are much more demanding and pay far more attention to details such as variety, origin, and food pairing possibilities.

Where you say: “British wine write Anthony Rose wrote a recent post in his homonymous blog about Chile’s changing patterns in wine consumption.”
