Ernst & Young and the Chilean newspaper El Mercurio chose winemaker Aurelio Montes (Viña Montes) as country’s top Entrepreneur of the Year.

 

Montes, who founded the winery that bears his name in 1987 along with his partners, Douglas Murray, Alfredo Vidaurre, and Pedro Grand, was honored for his personal characteristics, his innovative spirit, and his ability to establish new business ventures and create jobs and thereby contribute to national growth.
