Master Sommelier, Scott Harper, who just returned last October from WoC USA’s October Sommelier Summit decided to bring a taste of Chile back to the Louisville area with him. Viva Chile is a wine experience designed to offer diners several options for exploring the wines of Chile on their own, with Chilean cuisine, or under Scott’s expert guidance.  For the entire month of March, all five Bristol locations will offer a special Chilean wine list offering wines by the bottle or glass.  Bottle prices range from $17 to $28, and glass prices range from $5.25 to $8.25.  Two flights will aslso be featured, each of which include four two-ounce pours.
