Master Class & Tasting for the Chilean Wine Industry

The Wine Academy of Spain (TWA) will host a charitable wine tasting to benefit the Chilean wine growers affected by the earthquake which took place on the 27th February this year.

The event will host 100 tasters for a Master-class and 12-wine tasting led by Pancho Campo, MW and president of TWA will. He will be accompanied by other celebrities of the wine sector such as Carlos Falcó (Marqués de Griñón), Javier Zacagnini (Aalto and Ossian), Mariano García (Mauro and Aalto), Christopher Cannan (Clos Figueras and Espectacle) and Miguel Gil (Bodegas Juan Gil and El Nido).

This charity event for the people of Chile reflects TWA’s social responsibility, as well as that of all of the groups and companies who are collaborating in this event: the Chilean Embassy in Spain, The Wellington Hotel, Wakaya Comunicación, Verema, Vila Viniteca, Lavinia and Wines of Chile, the institution in charge of distributing the proceeds of this charitable event.

A cocktail reception and a walk-around tasting of 12 tables representing the collaborating companies will follow the tasting. The bodegas participating in this separate arena are: Clos Figueras, Aalto y Ossian, Bodegas Miguel Torres, Marqués de Riscal, Dinastía Vivanco, Campo de Borja, Codorniu, Pagos de Familia, Viña Magaña, Perelada, Vila Viniteca, Juve & Camps and Brupo Berceo-Luis Gurpegui Muga.
