Wines of Chile USA supported The Embassy of Chile and ProChile in Washington, DC by coordinating wine donations for the Chilean Gastronomic Week kickoff reception held at Cafe Atlantico on Thursday, June 10th. All guests, including the more than 120 local media representatives who were invited, were able to sample the full Chilean menu devised by Chile’s 2007 & 2009 Chef of the Year, Matias Palomo that would be available at Cafe Atlantico throughout the Gastronomic Week.
