The goal of this plan is to work on the development and integral strengthening of Chilean wine tourism, through the promotion of the sector at national and international level, through an attractive, innovative, competitive and sustainable proposal. With this, we seek to promote the constant improvement in the quality of the service, offering the best tools of knowledge to the industry, through a participatory and integrative governance between the public and private that facilitates the best decision making.
To achieve this objective, 5 articulation axes have been defined: promotion, competitiveness, human capital, sustainability and governance. These will promote the transformation of the sector for the next 10 years, based on the gaps detected and prioritized for the sector.
In its role as managing entity, the Consortium I D will implement all the necessary actions for the fulfillment of the activities, purposes and results committed, through the management and administration of the allocated resources plus the technical follow-up of the Project, since it will be before CORFO the responsible for the correct execution of the program. The implementation of the tourism program Chile will begin in December this year and be divided into three phases, approving the stage "Year 1" with a contribution of $248,509,250 by CORFO for a period of 12 months.
