Chile's wines and national production were represented at the launch of the greatest world museum to wine, Le Cite du Vin. At the inauguration of this important landmark and attraction in Bordeaux, Wines of Chile attended and the country will remain represented in the wine displays from around the world inside.
Wines of Chile was present at the big inauguration of Le Cite du Vin in Bordeaux, France, last week to welcome in the innovative wine city dedicated to the world’s wine industry.
Anita Jackson Director of Wines of Chile UK went to Bordeaux to represent the country which will also form part of this interactive world wine museum. “This is a great opportunity to let people know about the quality of our wines, and the diversity of our terroir, together with our viticulture history and tradition,” said Managing Director of Wines of Chile Claudio Cilveti.
Le Cite du Vin is designed to receive 450,000 visitors per year and has interactive exhibitions as well as temporary exhibitions, tastings and restaurants. The objective is for each visitor to experience emotions, sensations and dreams in the world of wine, incorporating all the major producer regions in the world.
