I am a lecturer in Wine Studies in the Hotel School in the Galway & Mayo Institute of Technology in Galway. I would love to hold a wine tasting and presentation on the Wines from Chile for my students who are studying wines.
These students are all out in the industry working in various Licensed Trade Premises from local pubs to 5* Hotels.
