SF Chefs is San Francisco’s premier food, wine and spirits festival. Set on San Francisco’s legendary Union Square and at venues throughout the city, the festival offers numerous opportunities to mingle with master chefs, mixologists, winemakers, brewers and other culinary superstars!
Wines of Chile has taken a leading role this year as a Platinum Sponsor and host of the industry party July 29, 2013 at Club 72, America’s Cup Park, Pier 27/29. This premier venue is the epicenter of the exciting America’s Cup races this summer and will surely garner a lot of attention as our party venue. Over 250 key industry professionals will attend our industry party, don’t miss out on the chance to showcase your wines to these wine and food stars.
The main tasting tent is set at Union Square, where you will embark on an exploration of taste from August 2 through August 4. Each day approximately 1200 attendees visit the tent to sample wine, beer, spirits, and food from local restaurants. Wines of Chile will host a table during each day of the tasting and will be sampling, educating and promoting our wines during the Grand Tasting event. Master Sommelier and WoC Educator Fred Dexheimer will also be leading a seminar on Chilean wine during the festival. 4 wineries will have a change to promote their wines with Fred during his class.
SF Chefs is produced by the Golden Gate Restaurant Association (GGRA). The GGRA is a non-profit trade association founded in 1936 to promote, extend and protect the interests of the broader restaurant industry, and to serve their members in the San Francisco Bay Area.
