Whether you like it not, wine competitions matter. They influence the consumer and if a wine scores well it can sell out in minutes. So as Korea’s most important wine competition opens for entries, Chile is being called upon to take the opportunity to represent itself with some fantastic wines.
Wine Challenge is a blind tasting held in Seoul organized by the country’s most influential wine magazine, Wine Review. With 20 sommeliers participating in a blind tasting of international wines in June, the prize-winning wines will be featured in the magazine throughout the year – ensuring great publicity for a long duration.
Chilean wineries are encouraged to enter their top wines into the competition to show this significant market what great premium wines and innovative blends the country is producing.
The competition offers a unique chance to get press coverage in the Asian market, find new importers and increase sales in the region. Get your best wines ready, because the prize is there for the taking!
