I agree with him completely that curiosity is a crucial element to a satisfied life - in wine, art, love, friendships, curiosity can lead one down a new path and create new opportunities. One point of curiosity from this post: in what ways does Tapia think the Chilean wine scene are changing? He mentions some big changes and exciting new people embarking on the "viaje del vino" but are there some specific new vineyards and vintners we should be looking out for? Salut!
