Pairing Master Sommelier Fred Dexheimer, Wines of Chile’s Educator in the US, and Gregory Dal Piaz of Snooth packed a double-punch of information into a dynamic 3-wine Chile-focused virtual tasting on March 23.
As usual, Fred exuded his enthusiasm and knowledge as he led Gregory and at-home participants through fine examples of three of Chile’s rising stars: Sauvignon Blanc, Pinot Noir, and Carmenere.
