If you take a look at Chile on the map, you will see that this long chili pepper of a country has a desert (make that Atacama), mountains (Andes for starters; look closer and you’ll see the Coastal Range as well), then there’s the Pacific Ocean, of course, all down it’s western side. If you think about it, you might deduce that this means a pretty wide assortment of landscapes and climates,which, in return should lead to a number of different cultural adaptations. Right?
