As more and more bottles sail around the globe, the issue of CO2 emissions looms large. The more we learn about potential environmental damage, the more we understand we need to protect it. And business owners are increasingly aware that everyone in the company counts. Sustainability is much larger than employing green practices in the vineyard. Sustaining a company means caring for the environment, the people in and around it, and the bottom line.
