Washington Post writer Jason Wilson has come a long way since his grad school days. So, he says, has Chilean wine and particularly Carmenere.
He’s just wrapped up an extensive tasting of Chile’s signature grape and has found a new appreciation for this spicy, plummy, dark-fruited varietal, found some great dishes to pair it with, and even names some of his favorites.
