Chile’s participation in the Produce Marketing Association Annual Convention in Anaheim was a big hit. With 18,500 people and one location showcasing wine, the lines for the wine tasting were long and the smiles memorable.
Many of the visitors asked questions and a number of others showed a remarkable familiarity with Chilean wines, either because they had visited Chile or because they already have favorite brands.
The guests weren’t the only ones who left happy. The contributors were also pleased with the response from the crowd, and based on the positive experience are now considering participating again in the 2010 the event in Orlando.
