One glance at some export and/or sales stats relating to many key EU markets (especially UK) would indicate that 'David' - the so called New World - has gone through the growing pains is now taller than 'Goliath'. Is it that they haven't heard of it, are pretending they haven't heard of it, are just ignoring it because it doesn't relate to them, or are planning to do something about it when everyone has returned from holiday and they can schedule an extraordinary committee meeting on the subject?
