Well-known Chilean chef Jorge “Coco” Pacheco will teach a course on starting up and running a restaurant.
Pacheco owned and ran the celebrated Santiago seafood restaurant “Aquí Está Coco,” until it was destroyed by fire last year. He is also well-known for his television programs and tireless promotion of Chilean food and seafood.
