Vinos de Chile has its new Board of Directors
Vinos de Chile elected its new Board of Directors and named René Merino to his second term as President. René Araneda is Vice President and Andrés Turner is Treasurer.
3rd Interviña Rodeo in Colchagua
The traditional “huaso” sector of Colchagua was once again host to an inter-winery rodeo. This year’s event–the 3rd of its kind–included the participation of 27 wineries and 35 pairs of rodeo riders.

Chile will be the theme country for the 2009 fair held in Ottawa’s Lansdowne Park will allow exhibition to the trade and high-end consumers. Wines of Chile will also have the opportunity to organize a seminar on Chile and its wines. Wineries may submit wines for the seminar.
